Krista's career in accounts receivable has been on a high trajectory since she started as a collector in a heating supply company in 2001. Just a few years later, she opened the doors of her own collection agency "KC COLLECT", the first and only woman owned collection agency in Atlantic Canada. She has continued with her own development in training and consulting and on December 14, 2011 in Kingston, Jamaica after several days of on location training, was designated as a certified trainer by Tim Paulsen for "The S.M.A.R.T. Program ©" as well as PACE (Professional Account Collection Education) with The International Centre for Professional Collections.
