March 9, 2006 --- The Prince Edward Island Business
Women’s Association is pleased to launch their new luncheon
series - “Ladies that Lunch”. Each month exciting and
specialized presenters will share their area of expertise at various
lunch locations throughout Prince Edward Island.
The month of March will feature three stimulating lunch dates on
March 16, 21 and 28th. Each luncheon will begin
at 12:15 p.m. and finish at 1:30 p.m. There is $15.00 fee for each

Thursday, March 16, 2006 - Tips on Collecting
Debt at the Loyalist Lakeview, Summerside. Krista T Walsh from “KC
Collect!” offers an inside look at collecting receivables.
She will offer suggestions to help you deal with customer’s
excuses and provide suggestions and preventative measures that will
assist you in managing your accounts that lead to bad debt.
Tuesday, March 21, 2006 - Health & Workplace
Wellness at The Shipwright Inn, Charlottetown. Shauna Oakie from
Innovative HealthwoRx will outline the importance and the benefits
of workplace health and wellness. Workplace wellness programs save
employers money by reducing health related costs like absenteeism
and drug costs, decreases staff turnover, |
increases productivity
and profitability and creates a motivational and positive workplace
environment for everyone. Space is limited.
Tuesday, March 28, 2006 - Perceived Image is Everything
at the The Whim Inn. Susan Snow shows you that you never get a second
chance to make a good first impression. Do your clothes help to
project the image you want? Each person should develop a style that
reflects his/her personality and individual taste. This seminar
will address: 1) What you already have in your closet. Organization
is key! 2) Shopping for the perfect business look that works for
your body shape. 3) Adding the appropriate accessories that transform
your day at the office outfit to that surprise business dinner attire.
